Yes! Using the PLAN Module, you can create quick layouts in your project to show your customers. You can even edit them as you go!

The DRAW Module does allow the upload of a PDF floor plan. But the best part is that you can apply your furniture layout straight to your floor plan and even select rooms to create a room-by–room view of each layout with ease.

The DRAW Module does just that! You can view each room and edit each room one at a time, by adding furniture blocks by choosing an item in the carousel of products. The DRAW Module toolbar is user friendly and can help you edit your design quickly. You can even create custom symbols for products not yet created in the carousel.

Absolutely! In the SPEC Module, you can see the total number of products in your project as well as the total of quantity of each product in each room. It is a great tool for FF&E.

poweredbyOI not only saves all the pricing in the Pricing Calculator in the SPEC Module, but it also keeps a live running total at the bottom of the screen at all times. There is a plan total for all your quick pre-drawn rooms in the PLAN Module, a budget total for the budget price you have entered in the SPEC Module, and an actual total for the total of sell prices you have calculated for all of your products.

Of course! Not only can you add the name of the finish in the spec bullets provided, but you can also upload an image of the fabric or finish right to the spec bullet. It makes your printed spec sheets and finish schedules look great! You can do this in both the Spec Module and the Proposal System.

poweredbyOI allows you to offer your customer 3 choices, a “Good-Better-Best” selection of products. Show your customer products in different configurations: from highest to lowest price, from highest quality to lower quality, etc. This can print to one quick report for your presentation.

You can easily print individual spec sheets straight from the SPEC Module or all of your project’s spec sheets from the poweredbyOI reporting function. If you have a cut sheet from your manufacturer, you can print the cut sheet along with the spec sheet in one quick click.

Not if your favorite manufacturers are in the poweredbyOI Catalog System. poweredbyOI has an online directory of over 100 manufacturers where you can view their catalogs and apply their products straight to your project! Also, if you have an existing project in poweredbyOI and want to copy a product over from an old project, the User Group Catalog makes it easy to search a product ID or manufacturer from any previous project! Use this feature in both your Projects and the Proposal System.

Using our reporting function, you can select individual reports pertaining to your needs or combine any or all of the reports to create a complete binder to present to your customer. Any report from Room Layouts and Finish Schedules to Punch Lists and Project Pricing, poweredbyOI has it all!

Data Export is perfect for this. It is customizable to each piece of information you are wanting to include and exports to and Excel file with ease. You can even edit the excel file and upload it back into poweredbyOI to update your information.

No problem! You can import all of your projects into poweredbyOI as both a Project and a Proposal.

poweredbyOI has a complete Proposal System. Create a quote to give to your customer and track it all the way through the ordering process by creating PO’s for the manufacturer, set up delivery dates, create delivery tickets, and even invoice your customer for the final delivered product.

Certainly! You can print any of the proposals, PO’s, delivery tickets, and invoices to a PDF. You can also make use of the e-mail function in the Proposal System to instantly send e-mails to all necessary parties in each step of the ordering process.

poweredbyOI allows you to create a proposal in the Proposal System and copy an entire Project! It will copy, not only the product’s basic information, but also the spec bullets, associated pictures of both finishes and products, and the full printable spec page.

With the use of our Product Carousel, manufacturer catalogs, and the all-in-one drawing to specification module you can get your project out the door in almost half the time as conventional ways of specifying.

Yes! poweredbyOI’s user friendly tools combined with the FREE online training, allows anyone to be an expert.

Since poweredbyOI is a live online software, you can all be logged in at once, even in the same project! Your project manager, designer, specification writer and purchasing manager can all work together and even communicate within the software through the Tasks function. Designers can send tasks to the specification writer to show his or her intent on certain products, and the purchasing manager can be given tasks to see the specification writer’s intent.

We are always adding to our library of manufacturer data. We can import your data in a number of formats including CSV, XLS, XML, or sif. Even if you don’t have your data available in an organized electronic format, we can provide access to our Configurator and you can build your catalog from scratch quickly and easily to make it available to dealers, designers, architects, and specifiers worldwide. The OI Development Team is happy to build your product catalog at an nominal fee.
