OI’s PLAN Wizard allows you to virtually furnish your project, room by room, without breaking your budget! Select the type of environment your furnishing: Education, Commercial, Hospitality or Healthcare. Select the number and room types to be furnished. As you “carousel” through product lines and add items to each room, OI’s PLAN module keeps track of how much you’re tentatively spending. When you’re finished, you can publish your work as an Excel spreadsheet or as a PDF.

In OI’S DRAW module, you can utilize the web to view all architectural CAD, Revit or BIM drawings. You can look at snapshots of each of the rooms in your floor plan. You can even send tasks back and forth to designers or architects, so that they can make recommendations. Once each product is placed in its designated room, you can use the web to view specifications for each product. You can view how many items are in stock and how items similar to the ones you’ve selected are priced. Once you’ve selected your desired items, you may finalize your choices.

OI’s Spec module allows you to inventory the items you currently own, access layouts and view an overall snapshot of each room. You can click on any of the products located in each room and find the locations of similar items. You can virtually move these items around to different rooms and keep virtual meeting minutes on where products are going!
