With Quote2Order, purchasing furniture is made easy. Let this module take you through the entire ordering process. You, The OI User, start with a proposal – a list of desired products – and send the list to your client. When the client is ready, he or she will submit a purchase order. When you, the OI user, receive the purchase order, you may upload it to your initial proposal, and it becomes a complete order.
Once you have an order, you can generate your own purchase order, which will go out to manufacturers. Next, you can upload the manufacturer’s acknowledgements, generate delivery tickets, upload a completed/signed delivery ticket, and send an invoice to your client. All the information/documents are stored on our server/cloud, eliminating the need for 50 file cabinets full of old information, and allowing for quick and easy access. Additionally, notification emails are sent throughout the duration of the proposals “lifecycle.”
